Clergy, Home Visits

Our ordained clergy are supported by many lay members of our congregations. These include the Parish Wardens, members of our Parochial Church Council, our Parish Office staff (01444 412339, open Tuesday to Friday mornings, 9.30am to 11.00am) and those who help to run our other activities (please visit our Groups, Activities page for more details).

Please note that since June 2014 the Parish Office's opening hours have changed. It is now open from 9.30am to 11am on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.

To arrange Baptisms and Weddings and for other enquiries, please phone our Rector, Ray Smith.

Supporting people at home

The clergy and lay members of our parish regard supporting people at home as central to the care and support of our Christian fellowship.

This includes, but goes beyond, home communion visits; individual needs vary and we are sensitive to these.

If you are unable to attend our regular services (on our Weekly Notices page), and would like to receive
Holy Communion at home, please contact Ray Smith.

Otherwise, if you would like someone from
St Wilfrid’s Church to visit you, please contact
